Courses for Children
& Teenagers

An opportunity for young people to learn Anapana meditation — a real and practical sense of peace and harmony for the years ahead.

About the Courses

An Opportunity for Young Meditators

The Child and Teen Courses offer young people an opportunity to learn Anapana meditation, which involves focusing on their natural breath. Learning Anapana will enhance their life and give them a real sense of peace and harmony for the years ahead.

Anapana meditation is the practice of observing the natural breath, just as it is. Children and teenagers who learn Anapana gain a practical tool that they can use when facing many types of adversity or challenge.

Through regular practice, they learn to calm the mind, improve concentration, and respond to situations with greater balance and understanding.

What Young Meditators Gain

  • A practical tool for challenges and adversity

  • Supports focus and calm concentration

  • Greater balance in responding to situations

  • Builds peace and harmony over time

  • No cost — all courses funded by donations

Children's Courses

Designed for younger children, these courses introduce Anapana in an engaging, age-appropriate environment. Sessions are gentle, short, and balanced with activities, stories, games and art projects that make learning meditation joyful and accessible.

Teen Courses

For teenagers, the course offers a deeper introduction to Anapana, with discussion and reflection suited to their stage of life. Young people learn that they have a reliable inner tool — one they can draw on at school, in relationships, and in moments of stress or confusion.
