Courses for Children
& Teenagers
An opportunity for young people to learn Anapana meditation — a real and practical sense of peace and harmony for the years ahead.
About the Courses
An Opportunity for Young Meditators
The Child and Teen Courses offer young people an opportunity to learn Anapana meditation, which involves focusing on their natural breath. Learning Anapana will enhance their life and give them a real sense of peace and harmony for the years ahead.
Anapana meditation is the practice of observing the natural breath, just as it is. Children and teenagers who learn Anapana gain a practical tool that they can use when facing many types of adversity or challenge.
Through regular practice, they learn to calm the mind, improve concentration, and respond to situations with greater balance and understanding.
